Following an orthodontic treatment it is required to wear a retainer to prevent the teeth from shifting out of position.

The retainer is a laboratory-manufactured transparent mouthpiece, very thin and easy to apply, made after taking the impression of your teeth in their new position.

It is recommended to wear the retainer for as long as you wear the orthodontic appliance, but only while sleeping at night.

Without the retainer, teeth will tend to shift back into their original position in just a few weeks and the orthodontic treatment will not achieve the desired outcome.
